Today: My Mom’s last chemotherapy treatment

(If everything is going as the doctors have planned)

Really happy for her, indescribably so. I like to be optismistic, but honestly it’s been truly awful for the last couple of months for her and the rest of the family. It sounds cliche to say it, but her strength through this has been so admirable; I’ve probably cried fifty times as much as her, and it’s amazing how she always still finds the strength to smile through it. She still has to do radiation therapy and have surgery, but chemotherapy is supposedly the roughest part….
